Applications are restricted to companies whose prime business is that of Logistics.
 

1. The Logistics Company must have been established for a minimum of one year.
    
2. The Application must be completed, signed and dated by an authorized representative of the applying Company, ensuring all questions are accurately answered.
    
3. The approval of Membership of TAW is at the discretion of the TAW Board of Directors, once the testing team has done its analysis.
    
4. As a precondition to becoming a TAW Member, every application form must be accompanied by:
   - The completed, signed, dated and company stamped TAW Code of Conduct found herein.
   - A copy of your Business Registration
   - The Application Form completed, signed, dated and stamped, also has to be sent physically to the following address: 20 de noviembre 905, Colonia Alameda, C.P. 38050, Celaya, Guanajuato, MÉXICO

6. By submitting the completed Application Form and the other documents requested above, the applying company is legally bound to the Terms and Conditions of Top Around the World (see below) and adheres to the highest professional conduct and ethics, which defines TAW.
    
7. Upon approval by the TAW Board of Directors, an invoice will be issued and payment must be made for the appropriate sum, within 3 date of the invoice, which is non-refundable.
     
8. New applications cannot be accepted when that country has the full quota of TAW representatives. In most cases the maximum quota per country is 4, with some exceptions such as China, India and The USA. 1 or 2 countries has a smaller quota for a variety of reasons.
